Zac Efron was spotted on a boat show in Vancouver, Canada (May 18th) to reshoot some scenes for his upcoming movie Charlie St. Cloud. As we said in our last post of Zac he's a sagger and for all the people who say he needs a belt or has a pant problem, he doesn't need to change a thing i love seeing his undies!
